Honestly one star is way to high of a rating! Absolute joke! Very unfriendly, very unprofessional! They are often not there during posted hours. Went to pick package up on Tuesday and shocker….the doors were locked. Called the so called manager and he said they are now closed Tuesday’s but forgot to post new hours! Went there today and new hours still are not posted! I wonder if they are also closed Thursday's as I was there last Thursday and again…. Locked up!

Store open for roughly 3 hours everyday according to website but no one its there during that time. Really great service if you like never receiving mail.

Terrible service. Will not return phone calls or answer messaging.Terrible office hours. Any advantage gained attempted by using a courier is lost with their ineptitude. I'd give a 0 star if I could.

Refuses to answer phone calls or inquiries, no one is available to facilitate pickups, and they lie about attempting delivery and leaving cards. I will never use this company again and have filed a complaint with UPS.

These guys don't honour their own business hours (limited to 10-12 hours A WEEK!?) don't answer the phone, don't respond to texts. If at all possible I suggest using other couriers. No idea what the back story is here, but if you are used to exemplary UPS service, this isn't the place. We have not yet recieved a package without issue. Often with long delays, and excuses. Any time you gain from a courier service is lost on delivery here. Don't even contemplate drop off, they are never on location, regardless of what is promised, or what the posted hours are. While I've sat here, two other vehicles have driven up, called, texted, and left. Come on UPS! Help us out here?

Would be no stars if an option. Not open during posted hours. Store is basically a rented storage bay with no attempt at all for customer interaction or service. Door is broken glass that has been unprepared for months. Only indication that this is a UPS store is old copy paper with UPS printed on it and taped inside the window. It is surprising they are allowed to be part of the UPS franchise.

1 star because I can’t leave 0 stars, any money spent on faster delivery was wasted because Dawson Creek UPS doesn’t deliver, they’ll “claim they tried to deliver”. I was available all day for the last week at home, nobody came by to try to drop off the package I ordered. Went to the “business” says that they’ll be there but no one is there, packages on the floor, the place is a mess. WAY TO GO UPS

These guys are the worst!! They don't keep the hours posted for business, they won't answer your call.. they won't text back... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! Terrible service!!! One star is way to much

Really great if you like being asked to pay duties twice because they can't communicate when things have been paid. Then have your package brought back and lost by their incompetent workers.

"Received" a package that was literally just dropped under the mailbox at the end of the driveway, not tucked out of site behind the fence said mailbox was attached to, but literally dropped in the snow in plain view under the mailbox.

Very disorganized. No one ever called or tried to deliver my package. Tracking code said they tried to deliver 3 times but package was shipped back. Then I had to confirm the order again for it to be shipped again! Finally after almost 2 months I received it.
