Put very simply, as others have: paid for a service that was not rendered. Paid $80.00 to have two documents apostilled EXPEDITED. Online it says this takes one day to process (within 8 hours!!!), got it over a week later. This is simply unacceptable, and this should be explicitly explained online should there be delays/commitments cannot be met. Was rudely told over the phone that this is explained online; IT IS NOT!

DID NOT GIVE OUR DOCUMENT. WE PAID 40 DOLLARS FOR EXPEDITED PROCESS, DOCUMENT WAS PROCESSED LAST SEPTEMBER 30, 2021 AND IT IS ALREADY NOVEMBER 1, 2021. A VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING, DEVASTATING, TORMENTING EXPERIENCE WE'RE GOING THROUGH NOW, AN IMPORTANT DOCUMENT WITH A DEADLINE!!!! TOTALLY NOT RIGHT!!! AND NOBODY IS RESPONDING TO OUR EMAILS AND CALLS!!! YOU CAN'T EVEN FIX YOUR OFFICES MURPHY, LEAVE NJ! VOTE FOR #CIATTARELLI FOR GOVERNOR!!!

I payed for expedited service, that on the website is 8.5 working hours. Sent my papers last week wednesday, and since I don't see any update I called today and spoke to Sheree. She is very very very unpolite to say the least, and informed that unless i want to pay $1000 fee they are not going to do it same day. Excuse me? And that expedite is now 7-10 business day, but they don't work every day. So god only knows what you get for paying $40 as expedite service. Long wait and a rude agent telling you it's expected that everyone calls and asks what is expedite before submitting their papers because they will not update the website

What a wonderful surprise. My experience with Apostilles in NYC was: long lines and complication. This office is a gem. Possibly the friendliest and most helpful government office I’ve been to. Vicky is super sweet and goes above and beyond. Her colleagues too. One insisted on coming around to help us print the mailing label online at the lobby’s computer station. Bonus: there was no wait when we came on a random afternoon. And the restroom is right there by the waiting room (if you’ve driven a long while to get to Trenton like we did, this is important!) Even the guys at the entrance are welcoming. You don’t have to live in NJ to use this office. You just have to have your documents notarized in NJ. Unless you are validating State issued documents -those do have to be NJ issued to use this office. Highly recommend. This review, however, is NOT for parking in the area. That wasn’t such a great experience.

I paid expedited and i also paid express mail, it was supposed to be ready in a couple of days bit it is been more than a week and I haven’t heard about my papers, they have a confusing policy with the postal service companies which makes the expedited service useless

Needed next day apostile. Paief extra money for it. Requested an appointment to pick it up. Next day somebody called and told me that 8.5 h of processing doesn't exist and someone will contact me when it will be ready. Today, 50 hours latest nobody called yet..... They took money and didn't provide service.
