Very bad customer service. Was waiting for over 30 minutes to actually speak to a representative. When I spoke to representative she was very rude to me, saying “I don’t know” every time I asked details about my fingerprinting appointment. Refusing to help me completely. We were in & out in about 10-15 minutes...when we went, no one else was waiting, so we were able to walk right on in @ get assistance in about 5 mins...the woman who took my husb was really very nice, smiling and helpful! I would have done mine the same day, but I didn’t have the necessary ID documents they needed to see..going back tomorrow, hoping we have the same situation as the first rime!

This place is the absolute worst. Every employee is rude and disrespectful. They give you times to book an appointment during 11:15-1pm but when you show up they are actually on break from 11am-11:30am. THEN they kick everyone out and say they are going on lunch break from 12-1pm. Drove 45 minutes to get here. Showed up earlier than I was supposed to (like the email says to do) then i’m told to wait another 30 minutes while they are on break. Then I go inside just to get denied because they are going on lunch break at noon?! Unreal.

I had an appointment to be fingerprinted for getting an APN license for PA. I signed in on the FBI profile and made my appointment online for this facility. Since I registered online I did not realize I had to also fill out an idetogo form as well. The woman who printed me was not only extremely rude, she did not even try to assist me. She very curtly told me I needed to bring the form or print it at a library when I told her I registered online. The only reason I’m giving this location a1 is because the gentleman that was with her magically produced the form and I was able to be fingerprinted. While he was instructing her on how to help me she still had a poor attitude and made it clear that she was upset that she had to do her job. After I was done being fingerprinted and she sarcastically told me to have a good day I told her I hope she has a better day. I hope if you decide to go there you don’t get stuck with her.

I had to get finger printed for a new job. The lady was watching a movie on her cell phone as she took my prints. Kept getting snippy that my hands were not relaxed enough, even though I don’t know how much more I could have gone limp. Her dialogue with me was completely rude and unprofessional. Tbh, it’s laughable now. But I was really nervous to go because I’ve never been there before. I hope I don’t have to go back

After arguing with the employee to try to figure out the problem (they didn’t help me figure it out), they said my only solution was to ‘figure it out & make another appointment online’. I then requested to get a reimbursement for the service I didn’t receive and they said they couldn’t help me.

Do not go here. I showed up at 445 for my appointment and the lady said “they are closed, come Back tomorrow” as she hid her badge. This is ridiculous when I drive 3 hours to this place and have a appointment at 5. And continue talk to bad as she walked out. “Should have came at 430” when you guys are open till 5:15 pm. 10:20 am appt and I was out by 10:30. Make sure to have your forms completed to expedite the appointment. The location lacks noticeable signage but it's on the left once you enter lot 57. This is my first Google review. This place is absolutely terrible, the documentation for an appointment is attrocious. No email confirmation or receipt. Second the guy who checks people I'm is completely worthless. I waited an hour after my appointment just be told the place is closing even after I was asking about my appointment for half an hour. This place is twice as bad as the worst DMV I've ever been to.

Went for fingerprinting having a pretty good day, but once I left I burst into tears in the car because the woman doing my appointment was so rude and snippy. She scolded me throughout the entire process and insisted I stop shaking, which I very clearly do not control. (Naturally I have anxiety when a stranger is gripping my hand and giving me confusing instructions then getting irritated when I take a moment to figure them out. I cant just force myself to stop. Thats not how it works.) Hoping I never have to come back here.

I couldn’t even walk through the door and be greeted or anything, just what time was my appointment before I could even say anything, again what time is your appointment. Granted there was an option for walk-ins. Comes to find out New Jersey doesn’t do walk-ins. Which is okay. But at least say Good morning and redirect me to the right thing. Not try to over talk me so I can leave. If I could give 0 stars I would.

0 STARS ! THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE NOT THE SPECIFIC LOCATION, THE ENTIRE COMPANY !! Morphotrust USA's senior leadership is the a group of test rats who went through the same experiment as Algernon and because they were smarter than Charlie Gordon were allowed to enter the work force. Unfortunately their intelligence is clearly now on the decline. They hide behind the mask of other's companies and their employees by placing their systems in other stores and having said businesses suffer because of it. I was belligerent about waiting an hour for a system failure to get fingerprint, but an intelligent young lady let me know that it was not them failing but MorphoTrust. They received a Pennsylvania state contract to administer fingerprints about 2 months ago and are 100 times worse than the company in which they replaced. Contact your local government official with complaints on how poor of a service this is if you are just as angry as I am about your experience! How much longer will we allow our tax dollars to be in the hands of imbeciles who empower other imbeciles?

Like why bother scheduling for that time if you’re just gonna close. This place is very ghetto and all of my other experiences here have been the same just very unprofessional.

Been here 3 times for the same thing. Literally every time I have gone they are "on break, come back in 20 minutes." One day I came out here and no one was here. I called the main center and they said "oh somebody should have reached out to you....they had to leave halfway through the day and wont be back for 2 weeks." What a chumby organization. It's a shame they hold a monopoly on this sort of thing in the area. That all said they got all 3 stars for the staff. They were all aces!!!

Many of other reviewers have already described this place perfectly as, GHETTO! It really is that bad. Rude, incompetent and classless only begins to describe the two working there today- I could add aggressive, biased, impatient, insulting… and no one cares. Who’s there to care? There is no one else, it’s just the two of them treating people horribly without consequence, including minors. Once again, the animals are running the zoo. So take no chances, just go somewhere else— anywhere else. And I was not the only one there who left complaining without their fingerprints, can only imagine how many there must’ve been all day.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, DON’T GO HERE. I paid this place to get fingerprinted for a volunteer job this semester and an emergency came up for my date I picked so I tried to reschedule but nobody picks up the phone! I’ve called 3 times and have been put on hold for 40 minutes every time. Nobody is coming to the phone. When I tried to reschedule online, my application ID wouldn’t even register. This place is a SCAM. They take your money and don’t answer anything. On the sheet, it says that they will refund you but I have yet to have that happen. Avoid this company

This place is absolutely ridiculous had an appointment for 11 and then upon arrival I’m told to come back at 11:30 because they are taking a break. You’re running a business and should have people to cover if someone wants to take a break. This is absolutely insane. The lady who opened the door and said come back at 11:30 was rude. I have wasted hundreds dollars for very unprofessional services. I did their fingerprints for FBI check twice and police check history one. they missed my middle name even I gave them passport or DL. When I called they passed around numbers they have. And you have to wait them explain to them again. End up I went to usps and they did perfect my full middle name in the result. I flew up to NJ for 5 hours specifically to be fingerprinted for a new job. I ran into some complications with my appointment that had me almost in tears before I arrived, but Darlene and Phil absolutely blew me away with their kindness and understanding. I explained my situation, showed them my pre-registration paperwork and Phil had me in and out in 15 minutes. Darlene was incredibly sweet and was just excited that they were able to help me as I was. THANK YOU!!

They promptly pointed me in the right direction and did not make me reschedule my appointment! I was 15 minutes late for my appointment because I made a wrong turn, traveled close to 60 miles to get there and the location is not easy to find. Rude employee and the only one working on a Saturday?!! Was told I was being put on the walk-in list which would have been ok except she was running far behind (which also means that she was helping customers during the 15 minutes I wasn't there). I had to drive home without getting fingerprinted because everyone walking in had an appointment! Going to try another venue that received much better reviews than this place.

I saw the reviews on here when I looked up the address and the reviews made me so nervous! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, the woman who took my prints was polite and friendly and everything was efficient. The man in front of me was turned away for not having his form, so make sure that you have the proper form and ID ready.

Went to this site on 10/5 and after reading the reviews I was afraid I would be attacked by a bunch of pit bulls. Quite the opposite! I entered and was greeted immediately by a young lady sitting at the front desk. She directed me to the area where I needed to be and asked me to sign in and than wait to be called. Within 5 minutes ( which was my exact appointment time) I was called to a room by a lady who introduced herself as Darlene. She was the most pleasant, helpful and extremely efficient person. She explained the process......instructed me on what to do and was so nice!! There are not enough words to describe the experience. Lesson learned.....don’t believe everything your read. Darlene if you should see this please know I truly appreciated your professionalism and your kindness. A hundred stars for your rating!!

The employees that work here are extremely disrespectful and rude. I showed up early, granted I get I was early, and was told by one employee to sign in and sit in the lobby. Another employee then approached me and said "We are closed. Its lunch. We are closed." I informed her I understood I was early, and that I was willing to wait. Her attitude was disgusting and she said "Nope it's lunch. Come back at 1." I would rather fly to Europe to get my fingerprints done then return to this "place of business".

Trying to get into contact with this business is nearly impossible. I called them 4 separate times trying to reschedule an appointment, waiting on hold for about 15-20 minutes each time, yet all their phone operators were busy for over an hour? My lord this was an incredible day of my life, and I know they're gonna charge a fee to reschedule, so it's going to be a huge slap in the face.

I had an employee tell me that my fingerprints and background check results would be sent to my Real Estate Broker and here I am 2 months later on hold waiting for someone to pick up the phone on customer service. Been on hold for 1.5 hours. Still have no results and need them in order to get my PA Real Estate License. IDENTOGO is a joke.

Clearly states they accepted Walk-ins. I Walk-in no one in waiting room and told I have to make an appointment. Would love to know who answered the community question with “yes” they accept walk-ins. The place is disgusting, old and dirty. I’ll go elsewhere as they should take a little pride in how the place looks. Also told that they close 12-1 for lunch on Wednesday. They open at 12 per the sign on door and website. Must be nice open up go right to lunch that’s efficient.

I never usually write reviews but my experience here was so unpleasant and I see there are many others on here who complain about the same things. The woman who did my fingerprints here was beyond rude to me for no reason at all. Constantly spoke rudely to me when I was nothing but nice to her, kept telling I was "doing something wrong" and huffing at me when placing my fingers on the scanner for my fingerprints. Super unprofessional, and I would not recommend this location of IdentoGO services to anyone. I went into the building in a good mood and left in a horrible mood for the way I was spoke to for no reason whatsoever.
