Oh my goodness! The best service! I went in to get passports for my 2 sons, but I had done both applications in blue ink, I had no idea it was supposed to be "black ink" only. But the ladies there helped me so graciously and I had done the application a while back so I had my old address on them and they helped me redo everything, twice. It was unreal, I wanted to leave and come back another day but they didn't give up on me, especially Susan. It was the end of the day and after fighting through traffic to get there after getting my kids from school, Susan and Julia definitely made my day with their great attitudes and everything they did for me that day! Thank you Julia Knopp and Sue! I will never forget your names! :)

I walked in here today thinking it was going to be an hour to two hour process! I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED !!!!! The Notary department was extremely kind and quick on their feet! I was in and out within 25 minutes. ( we were chit chatting a bit as well which was accounted in that time ) Either way it was a pleasant experience from the parking security , to door security & front desk ! Thank you for being amazing !! I’m now an official notary for the state of New Jersey !! Yes !!

Fast service, especially if you pre-fill out the forms online. Was in an out in less than 15 minutes. For an *expedited* passport renewal and getting my picture taken there, I ended up paying $240.90.

Second time I have needed to do business with the county clerk. First time for a deed, this time for a notary. Both times were quick because of the helpful staff. Even with covid, they try to help with the things that can't wait.

No one smiles at the passport department sadly. One employee was putting an eyedrop in her friend or another employee's eye at the front desk. I asked one employee if they had a wifi and she said she has no clue what that is. I looked at her face like wth!!!???? 2nd person who helped me was very nice and polite. Love the free parking

Went to the park department to get a picnic permit. Expected spending so much time for waiting to get it processed but the receptionist and the permit manager were too helpful to get me out of the place feeling satisfied for not waiting too much. Very bad experience at this facility. I've applied for a renewal of my 14 year old son's passport. The young lady who tried to help me stated that she was in training and had to constantly go and ask others that were just having a coffee break. After paying the expedited fee, I've been notified that my son's passport application was not received by the National Passport Center until a month after I applied at this office. I have applied for mine on the same day and received it before the 4-6 weeks timeframe at that time. With all of this, it's been 9 weeks since we applied for my son's passport and we have not received yet. We were not able to travel on the date we had originally booked our trip for and lost $10,000 for our family vacation (Out of 5 family members, the only one who did not receive his passport was my son). I will not apply for any passport renewals at this location ever. The Passport Supervisor Liliana Otalvaro did not help at all and made up stories about receiving calls from other agencies I contacted to get help from but couldn't remember names or details on the calls she apparently received about my case. This is absurd.

Good lord! It took me less than fifteen mins to get my passport renewed! They were so friendly and super nice. I have my application filled out without signing it ready to go. They took my picture since I didn’t have one and the process was so very easy!! Come here for your passport needs!
