Trash. The employees who work here are toxic, unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent at best. They regularly don't answer their phones or emails and will go out of their way to ignore you or give false information. If you are a signing agent, you will get good and timely pay. However, if you ever need any help/guidance/IT help etc. you will be out of luck because you are meaningless to them and they will be sure to treat you as such. The worst offenders are Nicole Petterrson (customer service), Patty Nava (customer service), Chris Lizar (IT), and Ryanne Gavrila (Production Supervisor).

Like getting ripped off? Ur gonna love these guys. 2 hours before their rep shows up they say “by the way there is an additional fee for a witness and scanning”. They had three days to notify me so I could have made alternative arrangements but chose to stick me. No response when confronted. Total clown show. Go elsewhere.
