The librarians and other staff members are always extremely friendly and helpful. The library itself is beautiful and offers a wonderful collection of books, DVDs, and more. If you're looking for a quiet place to work, there are many large desks on both levels (with outlets for laptops and free Wi-Fi), as well as cozy armchairs and rocking chairs on the second level. Overall, I am truly impressed!

When I first moved to Crossville seven years ago I was certain I would be disappointed with a small town library since I moved from a major city. I was wrong. This library has everything to offer. The best part is the staff. They are always willing to help. There are many programs to take advantage of year around.

Its beautifully built, however management is terrible. Ive reported them due to the non adherence to state library laws concerning tracking cookies, and they are blocking certain websites, and that is not allowed within public libraries.

The Art Circle Public Library is one of the highlights of downtown Crossville. It is a clean and modern facility dressed in respectable classic Cumberland stylings. The Library serve both as a storehouse of local knowledge, and as a hub for community activities. Built from local Crab Orchard Stone, this building houses in excess of 65,000 volumes that are available to the public. The facility also has meeting spaces that can accommodate groups as large as 200 people, and smaller study and conference rooms that can be reserved. The ACPL also provides free public computer terminals and free high speed wifi for its patrons. Parking is free and provides visitors with easy access to all of Crossville Downtown attractions, shopping, and dining experiences. Also available is a Public Outdoor Amphitheater which plays host to many music and storytelling events throughout the year.

Love the beautiful library. They have a used book section where i can go in and get 5 paper books for a dollar. So got two bundles and a separate book. So I was happy and on my way home.

The building is amazing. It's large, modern and clean with plenty of places to sit and read or study. It's the only library in the county's system, so the selection is somewhat limited.

The service was amazing!!! I couldn't feel any more helped. I found every book I needed to. Only I didn't find one or two books..... Some were out, but some were misplaced in the library. I couldn't blame the one who did it because she was just hired and wasn't very experienced. I highly reccommend it.

Gorgeous library! There are many places inside to sit, relax, read, use the WiFi, play chess, listen to live music... It's a full service library with a great kids area downstairs and a quiet sitting area upstairs, including rockers on the balcony outside over looking the front grounds. They play films, teach guitar, have live music at times, you can check out books, audio books, movies or pick up a book to purchase. They offer plenty of computer terminals for your internet needs and a great staff of friendly people to assist you if you have questions or want help. Great place to chill and enjoy some peace and quiet.

It is a state of the art place to visit in Crossville. They have books and movies and tape books. Great for all ages, computers for children and adults to use. Movie's for all to watch. Entertainment that includes guests from the Cumberland playhouse, pianist, singing groups and more. Guitar lessons, classes for jewelry, making cards, book authors come there. There's more but you can pick up a monthly calendar there for all information for that month. You'll be glad you went.

Wow what a great library. Very big but inviting. Tons of different activities for all ages. Weekly concerts on Wednesday's. Used book store inside. Lots of chairs and computers to use. Lovely way to spend time.

A clean and very well kept library. Extremely helpful staff and a beautiful facility. Would highly recommend getting a free library card (you need two pieces of identification to get a card). With a library card you can access the Tennessee READS program to read ebooks online or with your Kindle. You can checkout books, DVDs, CDs and audiobooks. You won't regret getting a library card from Art Circle.

The good: Overall it's very impressive with a wide array books and videos. Beautiful setting and atmosphere. The bad: A couple of rude librarians with bad attitudes on the second floor prevents me from giving the place a 5 star rating. It's unfortunate that they are apparently not trained in courtesy or customer service. The rest of the staff is outstanding however, very helpful and courteous. It's unfortunate one or two bad apples have to spoil such a wonderful place.
