I was nervous starting the process of getting help with my debt. But as soon as I met Selina the debt counselor who worked with me my nerves eased and I felt sincerely cared for. They were there to walk me through the process and answered all my questions even if repetitive. My second counseling session was with Jennifer and she as well made me feel comfortable and gave me practical help for my life and helped me see i could have reasonable goals that work for my family. All in all I felt like a big weight was lifted and I can successfully make positive changes.
