Do you know that you can be dropped by a notary? Documents were sent 2 months in advance, 3 weeks before the sale of the condo, notary called saying that the case is too complicated for him and that he didn't want to pursue the case. I had already rented my place and needed the sale to be done in order to have a place to live. And that in a middle of a pandemic! Only go with notary Khalaji for a simple case or else he'll drop the case. Not professional, I do not recommend.
