We needed a Deed of Acquittance once our home was paid in full as proof that our home had no liens, loans, etc... for banking purposes, selling purposes, all loan inquiries. Mr. Toledano was very professional, provided us with all the legal forms necessary and the notarized service needed to secure us in this matter. All pertinent legal abiding forms were sent directly from his office to our bank. We are retired and have no worries for our future. Even afterwards when we misplaced a copy of a form, (for our files) he quickly emailed them to us.

Always, always tries to bill as much as possible even if no work done. Late to his appointments and does not return his calls.
