During the pandemic, I was impressed to get such a fast and courteous service. Although they specialize in real estate to my knowledge, they still do a few weddings here and there and my wife and I along with our witnesses of marriage were very pleased by our services. Unfortunately, the government failed its people during the crisis; horribly so… but that didn’t stop the Znaty team from persevering with our case, following up constantly with the government’s office until a supervisor made sure the certificate of marriage was sent to us finally. Despite the stress and workload, they never stopped treating us with the utmost respect and at the end of the day, delivered the wanted results, even tho it wasn’t as lucrative for them because of the major delays on the city hall side. If you’re looking for cheap, expect to be treated as such… Notaries deal with the most sensitive legal documents, so when we decided to work with them we accounted their professionalism above other discount prices that would’ve left us at bottom of the of the pile. As a social worker with almost thirty years of experience in geriatrics, I felt compelled to write this review. There has been too many times to count, where I meet with a family in the hospital - that do not have a living will for the patient and now in this sad situation -it is too late. I am often asked to calm emotions that are boiling over amongst family members because there is no consensus to the care plan as to how to honor the patients wishes. Because of this very experience, I contacted Notary Znaty who came highly recommended by family and friends. I soon understood why. My ninety year old mother needed to review and update her will and mandate or living will and I as well. Both my mother and myself were trying to put together a document that would give us peace of mind knowing that whatever we wrote would truly honor what we wanted to achieve - which was to assure that the heirs would feel respected and that there was a sense of fairness and that are living will or mandate was well managed to protect us. This is where Notary Znaty guided us with his wisdom and compassion rooted in years and years of first hand experience. As much as I came to the table with my professional experience, I realize it is so difficult to simply know what decisions to take when it is your own family and his legal guidance made all the difference!!!!! Both my mother and I can not be more grateful for his patience and professional support throughout this emotionally challenging process. What I did not expect - is this sense of peace that both my mother and I feel - that now everything is in order for those we truly love.

At 92 ,Why Do I FINALLY have Peace of Mind after my Visit with Notary Znaty- and an Important Lesson Learned in Real Time!!!! I realize after putting together my wishes for my will, it just is not as simple as it seems. I worked a lifetime to share my nest egg with those I love and their is a lot of mixed emotions on how to divvy this up fairly. I wondered how I can balance , the different needs of the children while assuring that each child would eventually feel content with their inheritance. Notary Znaty's compassionate wisdom and guidance made all the difference. He listened attentively to what I felt were very complicated matters and then mapped out options that felt soooo right for me- and most importantly for my family. My daughter, who is a health professional for almost thirty years in geriatrics told me that she learned so much from Notary Znaty because she said she was not objective about her own family and wanted to help support what I wanted. I felt a great sense of relief knowing I will be leaving everything in order where no one has to second guess my wishes while keeping peace in my loving family . As we were leaving , Notary Znaty, had to go to court. Why? One of his clients passed away before he finalized the will - and the family were now contesting the will. As my daughter told me , as hospital social worker she often witnessed bitter fighting at the death bed of a patient where a family is sadly ripped apart because no proper will was left in place. This was a most timely and important lesson , that made me realize how very important it was to take care of this matter for my family that are so very precious to me.
