To start, Ms. Chalati was very quick to set up an appointment with me. Upon completing the document, she gave me a lot of guidance and useful information on how to have the document properly stamped at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Jordanian Embassy. After running into some problems at the Embassy, Dahlia went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue, which allowed me to finalize the documents in time before my departure. i took appointment with miss dahlia chalati regarding have consultation to buy a business and i sent the agreement for her to check 2 days before our meeting and i had hope she take look what i am going to sign but on the day meeting i got shocked because She told me she did not have time to check because she was busy and she said i have 30 client to handel.so what happened? She just charged me around 300 dollar for nothing.all she said on the meeting was not related to the agreement and she just wast the time.she just mention several time that she has a lot of client.my question is why she take a lot of client when she can not handle them. I DO NOT SUGGEST ANY ONE GO TO HER OFFICE .

I took an appointment to sign a letter to present it to the government,I called to explain and over the phone they said it'll cost me 120$ plus tax and I took an appointment the same day, I sent the letter by e.mail for printing and stamp it or whatever till I come and sign it too, they called me back telling me that it'll cost me at least 250$ plus tax and it can't be done today and they'll contact me to tell me the price and the new appointment , didn't hear from them after , very unprofessional immature and super expensive, I wasted a day waiting for their reply and i needed this letter ASAP, I did my letter at a (LAWYER) he charged me only a 100 $ , so please check around before going there.

She has charged me 3 times more than other Notary in Montreal and when the next day I ask for assistance, she simply did not answer my phone any more !!!!!!!! Not only charged 3 times more, but also very poor and unacceptable after service provided.
