I do not know if he is dedicated or not but in our case, he forgot to give us the check that we had to re-deposit to the bank because he withdrew more money that we needed for our transaction. He gave us the check 21 days after our purchase transaction. He knows as well that anyone's interests start to be calculated from the day of the notarized transaction. So we had to pay interest to the bank (about $ 200). We contacted him to tell him about the situation and ask him to pay us the interest and he does not want to know anything. It's really frustrating and I do not find him professional. So never again will we do business with him and I really do not advise anyone. That's the reason for my void vote. Thank you! Je ne sais pas s’il est dévoué ou pas mais dans notre cas, il a oublié de nous remettre le chèque que nous devions redéposer à la banque car il a retiré plus d’argent dont nous avions besoin pour notre transaction. Il nous a remis le chèque 21 jours après notre transaction d’achat. Il sait aussi bien que n’importe qui les intérêts commencent à se calculer à partir du jour de la transaction notarié. Donc nous avons dû payer des intérêts à la banque (environ 200$). Nous avons communiqué avec lui pour lui faire part de la situation et lui demander de nous rembourser les intérêts et il ne veut rien savoir. C’est vraiment frustrant et je ne lui trouve pas professionnel. Donc plus jamais nous ferons affaire avec lui et je ne conseille vraiment à personne. Voilà la raison de mon vote nul. Merci!
