Called the law firm for assistance with a will & reached a receptionist who sounded and spoke asleep; she wasn't sure how to direct my call. Receptionist took detailed info from me & said she will foreward my concerns. I contacted the law firm again after no call back several days later & was advised by receptionist the lawyer was away in Labrador for a week. Very disappointed in the service of this law firm & the receptionist on the front lines.
