A LOT had changed in 30 years, since the purchase of our first home. To be honest, going through the current day legal process for the purchase of another home, was intimidating & daunting. Thankfully, we were referred to ClearPath by our real estate agent, Mike Henshall. From the first phone call, I was impressed with the 'homey' but thoroughly 'professional' interaction with clerical staff. Continued interaction with ClearPath staff was a joy, in that they were obviously knowledgeable & capable individuals, but not professionally 'sterile' in having typical 'business speak'. Despite Covid restrictions, interactions were mindful, respectful & seamless. Steven Bercek was our legal representative for the finalization of our sale. He was kind, without being patronizing, in explaining intense & complicated legal details to 2 senior citizens. He would not move on to another point of business, until he was satisfied that we understood the last. He also took care of the time intensive issues of Property Taxes, Utilities, etc. on our behalf. We were astonished & very grateful. I likened Mr. Bercek's legal expertise to that of an Air Traffic Controller ... assisting dozens of clients, with complex needs, with seamless efficiency ... creating a smooth landing for all of us.
