I've been in the store a few times for work a few years ago but went in today to mail off 3 things to 3 different people. Derek was at the counter and he was very helpful, patient and nice. I would highly recommend going here! One reason is the post office is usually way busier and you get much more personal service here. Another reason is that their prices, i.e. shipping material is priced very reasonably. Everyone in the store we're helpful, kind and patient with me and all of my questions.

I drop off packages for UPS at Pak Mail. The packages usually are Amazon returns. The people behind the counter attach the printed out Amazon labels for me, and they even helped me seal the package once.

Great service. They fax, ship, copu, print, mail, ups, fed ex , us post office, notory public services, and even make boxes to ship if you need it. They have lock boxes too!

Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience. Most places now have updated technology and accept mainstream payment methods. I was told prior to walking in they accepted Apple Pay. So they have the updated device. But when I walked in, the guy was a bit rude and he refused my payment. So obviously I’d go somewhere else, most anywhere else that won’t turn me away. It’s not something that Would take any effort on his part. Seemed like he just didn’t feel like it. All he has to do is ring me up so I’m ready to pay. And I pay just like anyone else would. I was taken back by his lack of communication and closed mindedness. Didn’t offer me other options, didn’t try to discuss or make friendly conversation. Just very dry. With an annoyed sigh, “We have it but as the merchant I’m not doing it.” I understand that new things can be intimidating and I absolutely understand any discomfort. I just wish I didn’t waste my time and on top of it not having a friendly experience. I was rather disappointed. And would recommend going somewhere a bit more organized, updated and knowledgeable to handle you packages. On the plus side, there wasn’t a line so I was taken fast. And the other guy in the store was helpful To my mother in law.

Found this place almost 17 years ago after not wanting to wait in line at the post office. These guys are great. They ship anything anywhere and always do an excellent job packing up your items so they don't arrive damaged. Even though I have my own UPS account and can pack and ship my own items, I can't tell you how many times I just don't want to risk it and let the professionals do it right. I never had an issue and would recommend Pak Mail to everyone. On a side note, if your looking for a mailbox, don't even think of getting a PO box at the post office across the street. With 24 hour access to get your mail, and due to the fact they will call you every time you get a package, it's well worth the extra few dollars. Also if you got a large item to ship, these guys will even come to your house or place of business to pick it up or ship it. Pak Mail is way better than your typical UPS store.
