This place is awful. I’ve been here only when I really need to and every time it’s awful customer service. If you aren’t Puerto Rican or a friend of theirs they are rude to you. They don’t have things done until the next day. The owner there acts like he better than anyone that comes into that door and gives certain people the cold shoulder and is rude about anything. He doesn’t even make eye contact and would look to the side when talking to you. I’ve seen him do this with other customers. Dude be a genuine person to everyone. You are Hispanic be nice to other Hispanics and others that aren’t. Maybe if you change the schedule at you are you’ll get way more customers.

Great customer service. Been dealing with them since I bought my first car and service has been outstanding. This is one of the only places I can say that I don't mind the long lines. When you provide services and perform them as well as this place does, you will have lines like they do at times. Always friendly and very fast service. More reasonable than the bmv. Last visit I was in and out so fast I couldn't even tell you how long I waited. Will always get my business
