(Translated) We did not have the expected service from Notary Fournier as we are used to working with her (two purchases previously with real estate agents). We have expressed our disappointment with the quality of service to the notary. This time, his service dragged on a lot. We are not one of his priorities. She had the case since July 24, 2020. She did not follow up. I did several follow-ups and emails, with no response in time. I let him know several times that I don't want to have last minute surprises. I left him several messages by e-mail and in his voicemail. She never answered me. It is only her assistant Maida that she answers me after a while without giving me clear and exact instructions. 24 hours before signing the bank's documents at the notary, she sends me the declaration of the new law that will be in force on the day of our final signature !!!! At the time that she had the file for two months, and that we insisted to have all the necessary documents and information on time. When meeting face to face with the lawyer, we did not have any flexibility on his part to advance the signing. In front of its mediocre quality of service which we pay, we decided on the spot in front of it that we are not satisfied with the quality of service and that we immediately stopped the operations. She made us pay for everything, which was done until the meeting (we all paid, the email communications, the preparations, and even the time of the meeting. I will not recommend it to anyone, especially individuals and buyers via duproprio. (Original) Nous n’avons pas eu le service escompté du notaire Fournier tel que nous avons l’habitude de travailler avec elle ( deux achats auparavant avec les agents immobiliers). Nous avons fait savoir notre déception de de la qualité de service à madame le notaire. Cette fois, son service a beaucoup trainé. Nous ne faisons pas partie de ses priorités. Elle avait le dossier depuis le 24 juillet 2020. Elle n’a rien fait comme suivi. J’ai fait plusieurs suivi et e-mail, sans réponse à temps. Je lui fais savoir en plusieurs reprises que je ne veux pas avoir des surprises de dernières minutes. Je lui laissais plusieurs messages par e-mail et dans sa boîte vocale. Elle m’a jamais répondu. C’est uniquement son assistante Maida quelle me répond après un certain temps sans me donner les instructions claires et exactes. 24 heures avant la signature des documents de la banque chez le notaire, elle m’envoie la déclaration de la nouvelle loi qui sera en vigueur le jour de notre signature finale!!!! Au moment qu'elle avait le dossier depuis deux mois , et qu'on a insisté d'avoir tout les documents et informations nécessaires a temps. Lors de la rencontre face à face avec le notaire, nous n’avons pas eu aucune flexibilité de sa part d'avancer la signature. Devant sa qualité médiocre de service que nous payons, nous avons décidé sur place devant elle que nous ne sommes pas content de la qualité de service et que nous avons arrêté tout de suite les opérations. Elle nous a fait payer tout, ce qui à été fait jusqu’à la rencontre ( nous avons tous payé, les communications par e-mail, les préparations, et même le temps de la rencontre. Je ne le recommanderai à personne surtout aus particuliers et aux acheteurs via duproprio.
