I never get this angry before! I dont understand why Jessica Tessier can be a notary even she is not professional at all. Because of her mistake, i lost almost 5000 CAD in cash. I don't know how she could have a shame ask me to pay a bill of "professinal talking to her customer" (which is not mentioned at all). I tried to find other notary but sadlly i can only talk with her because her company has a contract with TDC2. I have other properties and deal with other notaries, this is the wrost wrost wrost experience i ever had in my life. If you have a chance, trust me, don't come here!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought our condo a few weeks ago. Fees were a little higher than we’re used to but Ms. Schikhi was great. We arrived early and she performed magic tricks for the little ones in the waiting room.

For not making a long story, this notary company has to be one of the worst. The notoray Stephanie Theopoulos was not professional at all, came in 10 minutes late, told me my appointment was cancelled and yet, I never was informed. I had to drive 1 hour to go there and of course, another hour to come back, pay for parking and all that to hear that they cannot do anything for me and that MAYBE, she will prioritize my file... I sent emails asking if they got everything and never got any reply. This place is a big no no, don't even consider them, you will lose your time.
