If you need a notary, do yourself a favor and don’t choose this one. It was stressful trying to complete a real estate transaction with someone whose lack of basic courtesy (call it rudeness) was breathtaking, who failed to provide basic information to me (her client), and whose lack of transparency caused me to wonder if the services I was paying for were being provided. She got the transaction date wrong, had to be sent the purchase and sale documents twice, and never told me her fees or even when I paid them. She told me my phone calls would not be answered and to communicate only by email. My advice: find someone else!

Everything was sent and confirmed with this notarial firm that they were going to take our file. Emails and files had been sent all that was left to do was to book a first appointment. That is until my partner called back and they very rudely brushed him off and told him "sorry I cannot I am too busy." To only later on discover a voicemail they left as to why they cancelled our file was because they did not have a babysitter? For any first time buyers save yourself the stress and go in another direction.

Notary Petit is a nice person but I would not recommend her as a notary. I went to see her for the estate of my father and it seemed like she wasn’t fully sure of what she was doing. Her instructions were not clear at all which now creates more stress on me because I have to rush to get things done. She is also very forgetful. She would tell me to do one thing and get back to her and when I would get back to her she had no idea what I was talking about. Also she was convinced she had given me papers that she never actually did. Maybe perhaps it’s time for retirement?

Not happy at all with the service! We met Nazgol for our home purchase. At the first appointment, she claimed she had not received our adjusted mortgage rate, that was sent by the bank 2 months in advance. We went back and forth twice the same day and finally signed the original higher rate for it to be adjusted by the bank later. The funny part is that she admitted to the broker, a few days later, that she looked again and had found the adjusted version!!! Same thing happened for insurance, first said I didn't receive anything then admitted that she had. Worse part is after the first appointment, she had called the vendor to set appointment for closing and said that the buyers had a problem with their mortgage and didn't signe!!! While we were trying to contact the bank and see why she had not received the correct rate. Not even speaking about the stress it would give the vendor.

Stay away from this notary. She is a SCAMMER AND PROFESSIONAL FRAUD. She overcharged me $2700 as a Seller and did not give me the chance to discuss the last minute charges. She only revealed these charges in the last minute on the last day, to not give me any time to question her. It is not her first time to do that, she has many cases like that, where she over charges the sellers and only reveals these charges in the last minute. She is aggressive, rude and manipulator. STAY AWAY FROM HER....

M. Toussi was not professional she asked me, the realtor, to pay my clients notary fees when my client told says he overcharged him 2700$ for selling his property and wanted to negotiate with her. She forced my client to buy a title insurance for a 15 years old condo and she charged my client 2700$ to remove 2 mortgage of 0$.
