(Translated) I bought a house at Maisonnette, the seller was dealing with this law firm and since I didn't know any lawyers in the area, I thought it would be easier and faster if I dealt with the same lawyer ... it was not the case ... zero flexibility, when it was the moment when I had to spend an amount of money, there it was an emergency, I had to go to the bank and issue them a bank draft the same day; but when I wanted to speak to them, no return call and when I finally managed to speak to Nadine Fournier who was taking care of my file, I politely informed her of my dissatisfaction with the service she was providing , she hung up on me ... I finalized the purchase contract for my house with them but I will never do business with them again. It was a very unpleasant experience. (Original) J’ai acheté une maison à Maisonnette, le vendeur faisait affaire avec ce bureau d’avocats et comme je ne connaissais pas d’avocats dans le coin, j’ai cru que ce serait plus simple et plus rapide si je faisais affaire avec le même avocat...ce ne fût pas le cas... zéro flexibilité, quand c’était le moment où il fallait que je débourse un montant d’argent, là c’était une urgence, il fallait que je me rende à la banque et leur faire une traite bancaire la journée même; mais quand j’ai voulu leur parler, pas de retour d’appel et quand j’ai finalement réussi à parler à Nadine Fournier qui s’occupait de mon dossier, je lui ai poliment fait part de mon insatisfaction du service qu’elle donnait, elle m’a raccroché au nez... J’ai finalisé le contrat d’achat de ma maison avec eux mais je ne ferai jamais plus affaire chez eux. Ça a été une expérience très désagréable.
