The response from my notary representing the estate executor was confusing and frankly rude and highly insensitive in her last sentences in reply to my tort concerning my mothers ashes. I also find it odd that if this notary took the mandate from the estate executor why she initially didn’t have the professional courtesy to inform the inheritors of the estate that she was the new Notary. Very strange indeed as I had to send a letter of demand to the executor to discover who this mysterious notary was after multiple refusals of this very basic I formation. Oh well ????.
