Called to arrange a notary when told it was 70 plus taxes I asked why so high as the most I have seen from others has been 45 on the high end. Was told to take it or leave it in rather a rude manner. Well i definitely left it and went and paid 35 up the road. Maybe some phone manners would help. Thanks anyways

Friendly, conversational, professional, efficient. Needed to get a document notarised quickly and she was very professional with her work. Reasonable price and I would happily go back there again. There is a dog but if you can get over an excited but friendly dog, you will be okay. As another reviewer mentioned, I too enjoyed the conversation! Thanks!

The lady was rude and very unhelpful. When I walked in with my son she yelled asking who we were and why we were here. I guess we were supposed to make an appointment however when I did call previously to going there she did not answer and after telling her this she simply replied “Oh I took my phone off the hook”. I asked for her number and to write it on the back of the paper and she snobby replied that it was on the website. Very unprofessional and I would highly NOT recommend this Notary to anyone. All she cared about was the money not to mention she kept saying $55 which was an increased price from what was on the website $40.

Went searching for other notaries in Cambridge and came across the reviews of this establishment and am not surprised. I called this morning about a separation agreement and got the type of treatment that I see in the other reviews. Sadly, the owner is so defensive that another reviewer was dismissed even though it was me who called. Sad state of affairs for this business... can't even dismiss reviews properly. Take the feedback. Stay away...

If I could give 0 I would. Most awful service from this woman. She talked down to me and my husband both times we were in her office. Got upset at my 3 year old and yelled at her. Her scanner didn’t work and told me it was my fault for not asking if I needed to bring photo copies. I offered to go home and scan them and print them then she told me she doesn’t know if she wanted to do it anymore because she had a life and I was wasting her time. Please go anywhere but to her if you want to have a pleasant experience.

Patricia King was very matter-of-fact and professional in dealing with my business. I observed that she was very direct to the point - that gives one the impression that she is abrasive and abrupt. But I went to see her to get my business done without expectations of getting a friendly interaction. However, once I engaged her in a conversation she was very pleasant and amicable. She even went out of her way to point out that something was not totally right in my document. Overall, she was very helpful.

I just called this office right now and she literally hung up on me without even getting any information from me. I was looking to notarize a personal document to protect myself in the future and she was not having it. Conversation lasted 2 seconds- Looks like she only notarizes certain documents but wow, all she said was " I don't want to do it, bye" and hung up! Professional much?? Would definitely not recommend this local business.

Poor, rude customer service. Sad to read through the below critiques and see no ownership of behavior by the business. So many other offices in the area that are far more friendly and customer service oriented. Worth shopping around before giving them your money

Had a great experience with her, was under a time crunch, she took me right away, She told me what to bring for proper paper work which I did, we were 10 min start to finish, then had a chat and I was on my way... would recommend her to anyone and will use her again when needed

I just called to get some I formation about statutory declaration of common law union and I was shocked the attitude I received. I called because i’m Not sure how or what to do and I called to get help, but I have never had such a rude person talking to me. Go somewhere else if you need a notary. I would give her a 0 star if this would be available. Very sad treatment
