I am extremely happy with the professionalism and notarial services provided by Arafat Kalam. He made our first-time home buying experience a breeze! He goes above and beyond his duty and truly cares for his clients. He pointed out some mistakes in the purchase agreement, even though it was not in his service agreement. Before the closing date, when we went to his office, he made us feel very comfortable the minute me and my wife walked in. He patiently explained in detail about all the documents and processes involved in the home buying process. On the closing date the lender bank had made a silly mistake due to which Mr. Kalam had to go through some extra trouble. But he handled it all very well and took on the extra pressure for his clients and made sure the closing was done on the same day! I wonder whether a lawyer’s office would have handled it the same way Arafat handled it smoothly. During the whole buying process, Arafat was transparent communicated well with us and all the other parties (real estate agents, lender bank etc) involved in the buying process. His services are excellent and his charges are very reasonable. I have recommended him to my friends and will recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a true professional service! Again, thank you very much Mr. Kalam. We will be approaching you in future again for your services.
