This team of legal experts not only got me off my traffic ticket with no financial penalty ($450) and saved me 3 points from my perfect driving record. Brian and his staff are kind and not judgemental. They want you to win as much as you do. No guarantees for getting off your ticket. Brian told me my chances of winning 4 out of 10. Brian advised I should try or I would never know if I could have won. I did win. I was in the right in my mind, but what it came down to is there were mistakes in the officers notes. My lawyer insisted on a trial and the officer was unwilling to show up for a second trial. If you have a chance to fight you ticket that is your right. Brian and his team will do their best for you and win or lose you at least know you tried. However- I have driven the same way to work for the past three years, occasionally I might have daydreamed. Unfortunately I was speeding (90 in a 60) I have plead guilty to a lesser charge in the past. And I really liked that he was willing to go to trial....as opposed to taking the easy way out and trying to just negotiate a lower fine...like most of the other guys do. Amazing experience with Brain Eminovski! I’m a university student with a perfect driving record, and a cop gave me a ticket for $400 and 3 demerits for a rolling stop turning right at a red light. I listened to Brian’s professional advice about what to do in this situation, and he gave me various options and the freedom to choose any of those options after explaining them to me. I let him do whatever he thought was the best option. He is very thorough when looking for any errors on tickets that he can use to his advantage, and was happy to answer any questions that I had through text or phone call at any time. I found Brian and his team through a Google Search while researching for an upcoming court date. I was facing some fairly serious charges and was unsure of what kinds of consequences there might be. What initially struck me was how detailed the explanations were. I contacted Brian and his team and retained them for my legal matter for a fee that in hindsight was more than fair. If you've ever been charged with any sort of offence, you know the worst part is not knowing what might happen or how it may affect your future. Brian provided a detailed explanation of each charge, what penalties were involved and what they might be able to do in turn. He laid out a clear strategy and was available to answer any follow up questions and provide clarity in the lead up to the date. They even offered to appear in-court in my place. It was a huge burden lifted off my shoulders. The results were far better than I could have ever expected: OTT had most of the charges against me dropped including one that carried a dire financial penalty. The penalties from the remaining charges were reduced to a fraction of their original. I was so impressed with Brian and Ruth's expertise, agility, professionalism and ultimately the results they were able to achieve for me. Their hard work has enabled me to continue to use my primary mode of transportation and saved me tens of thousands of dollars. A five star recommendation isn't high enough.

On the day when I was held responsible for the traffic accident, I was distraught. I knew I will need professional help. I chose Brian based on the comments he had received here. Wow! What can I say about Brian and his team. They are amazing. We tried X-Copper once only to find that they tried desperately for a guilty plea on a reduced fine. Doesn't help your insurance!! Brian once made a 2 hour drive to Wasaga Beach to defend a bogus no stop at a red light right turn at 2:00 in the morning. You should have seen the look on the Crown and the 13 OPP who were sitting getting paid for court duty. First things first, Thank you Brian. I had a driving under suspension charge and was looking at thousands of dollars in fine, a possible suspension of license for 6 months, and a significant insurance hike. The charge was complex, came upon unexpectedly, and even to find out the root cause of it required a thorough understanding. I was concerned and gave Brian a call. It was a Sunday and I’m so grateful that he picked up the call. He spent 45 mins on the phone to go over the details, and provided a set of immediate next steps to take. After that call, I already felt better that I was going to work with the team that knows what they’re doing. The other lawyers/paralegals I reached out to either lessened the seriousness of the charge or inflated their ability to make it go away. Brian on the other hand analyzed it in detail, provided objective feedback, set realistic expectations, made me understand my options and guided me in every step of the way. Most importantly, he was always always available. There were 3 court proceedings, he personally represented me along with his team and ensured that I didn’t have to go. Above all, Brian and his team made the charge vanish and managed to get the fine down to a few hundred dollars, with no more suspension or increase in insurance premium. I can’t thank Brian and his team enough. He totally knocked it out of the park. 5 stars for his professionalism, experience, availability, patience and being a nice person.

I leaned on Brian fairly late in the process of fighting my ticket (less than a month before trial date), further more I was not available for my court date. However, Brian (though he advised against not attending), was able to utilize the tools he had to create a favorable outcome for me (dismissal of charges). Best of all OTT Burlington made it extremely convenient by managing my case via e-mail & phone. I got a very technical ticket which is notoriously difficult to contest. After researching the charge myself, I had contacted several paralegal services and explained my situation to them. Almost all of them have me the same generic response outlining the court process and then telling me not to worry because they would take care of it. Brian and his team gave me a completely different response that lined up with my expectations based on my prior research - the ticket could potentially be an uphill battle depending on the officer's disclosure, no sugar coating and no promises, just complete honesty. I got four traffic tickets within 1 month and I was really worried what this can do to my points (potentially 7 points), insurance premiums and a hefty fine totalling $1600. I never got a ticket and I got 4 in one month. Feeling helpless and anxiety, I searched up Traffic lawyers in which I found a few. At the end, I rolled the dice with Brian as he was the quickest to reply to me plus gave me the most in-depth explanation which I felt was more honest than others. Brian gave me the impression where he cared about the customers concern over the retainer fees. Basically, Brian did a great job regardless of the results by educating me on each offence and the strategy behind each one. At the end, Brian got the judge to withdraw two of the four charge (one being a significant violation). From 7 points to 2 points and a minor fine of $250. When my 18 year old was charged with Stunt Driving, I reached out to at least 6 different legal representatives to assist us with the matter. Every single person I spoke with informed us that this charge would not be reduced given the speed, the increase in Stunt Driving Charges in Ontario and best scenario would be a minimum fine of $2,000.00, 6 points and a license suspension. Then we spoke to Brian at OTT Legal Services. He did not give us any false hope and was confident that he could help. Just over six months later, the matter has been resolved and the outcome was better than we could ever imagined! The Crown Prosecutor first offered Stunt Driving Charge, Fine of $2,505 (including court costs), 6 demerit points and a 30 day license suspension. Brian met with the Crown Prosecutor who then offered to resolve the matter by amending the Stunt Driving Charge to an amended offence of Speeding 149-100km/h zone, Fine of $423 and 4 demerit points, and a 30 day license suspension. After a lengthy conference call with Brian, he again met with the Crown Prosecutor and was able to get the charge further amended to a less severe offence of Speeding 129-100km/h zone, a Fine of $160.50, 3 demerit points, a $250 donation to Sick Kids and NO license suspension!! Brian and his team are experts in precedent, the law and regulations as they apply to Constables. A vehicle backed into me and the occupants got out of the vehicle screaming and rolling around on the ground. All the occupants went to the hospital by ambulance. The officer noted there was no damage to either vehicle and his report said the speed of the collision was 0 km, yes 0 km. The officer still charged me with "careless driving'.i suspect the other parties were attempting to commit some type of insurance fraud. There are not enough words to express how thankful I am for Brian and his team! After I was unjustly charged with Careless Driving I went to Brian for help, at the initial consultation he informed me of the risks associated with a conviction of such an offence and what the prosecution was likely to offer if I wanted to resolve early. I got a traffic ticket in December of 2018 in Toronto for a proceed contrary to sign for turning right despite a sign being posted that prohibited a right turn. It was my first offence and I was unfamiliar with the area since I'm from Ancaster. I decided to go to OTT for my for my case to fight it. Brian Eminovski and Kimberly de Jaray were both very diligent with my case and constantly updated me on the evidence the prosecution supposedly had. They requested the dash camera footage by the officer and were repeatedly denied but they were persistent. They finally got the prosecution to drop the charges due to a lack of clear evidence and saved my 110 dollars and more importantly a traffic charge and 2 demerit points on my license. I'm very glad I chose OTT to handle my case!

Great team ! They delivered much more than I expected. I had an accident during work while driving a commercial truck. I hit a car from behind. I was charged with careless driving, $590 fine and points on my abstract and CVOR. I suddenly became unemployable because of the points. So based on the reviews, I hired Brian to represent me in court. He accommodated my late evening appointment, explained everything in detail, he made me feel I was in good hands. Before the trial though, due to some unexpected issues, he wasn't able to go to court, so his colleague Steven replaced him. I have known Brian for 10 years now, he has helped myself and my family till today with good end results (win some lose some). The best thing about brian and his team is the customer service thats provided which is lacking today. I cant tell you how many times i would call brian in a day and never once did i fill rushed he always took the time to talk, if anything i would have him on the phone for a good 15 to 20 min. Also have to mention that when you call Brian he answers his phone(which to me is important) you are not talking to a machine, unless he is in court and even then he will pick up and tell you he will call you back and he does. From the first call to him, to the faxing of the infraction, till the court date, i have never had to worry about anything he would take care of it all, he would call me after court with most of the time ending positive.(most of the time i didnt even remember the court dates) I will continue to use his services when needed and recommend him and his team, they go the extra step to help a client, they try all they can for a positve outcome. My experience with Brian has been very successful so far. In two of our our traffic convections he has managed to completely waive the penalty due to problems that he managed to identify in the officer notes. Honestly in those two cases my ultimate goal was to reduce the penalty but he managed to get us out of them in order to maintain a clean driving record and minimize the insurance.
