You call get a quote you get one price . once after closing you get tons of hidden fees. big dollars for Courier and Fax and long distance call. seriously who charges for Fax and Long distance call ? Be aware of this guy. whatever he quotes on phone triple it after closing.

Arrogant, condescending, interrupts his clients, doesn't listen and worst off, it's an unfounded arrogance... Everything he said was wrong, he wanted to charge $400 extra because our documents were "invalid". We went to another law office whom were friendly and able to help, and confirmed that all of our documents were valid. You can't get a word in with this lawyer no matter how friendly you are about it. His front desk admin staff has an attitude to match. They're a good pair. The admin justified not listening to me by saying Christopher has been doing this for many years. Well clearly he's fallen out of date and hasn't kept up with the times (easy to happen when you don't listen to what anyone has to say). We remained friendly with them even when leaving, but boy we dodged a bullet by avoiding this grumpy and ill informed bunch.

BEWARE of this place. We were quoted an amount that was four times less than what we had to pay in the end. We had in writing the quoted amount and then the summary of funds came in at such a high amount that we questioned it with the law clerk and it turns out that there was an error in the invoice and they corrected it. We still had to pay an astronomical amount for their 'services', even though the majority of the services were outsourced to a different firm with clerks that aren't even employed by Breen Law. Such a scam. Never again.

Fantastic experience! I highly recommend. Quote given and total cost was pretty much bang on. Some hiccups in my deal very last minute and they were dealt with quickly and professionally. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this law firm and Jennifer Thomas made the whole experience a breeze. Would deal with them with future transactions.
