We simply provided Mr. Yoshida with the names and contact info of our mortgage broker and real estate developer office. All documentation was ready when we arrived at his downtown office to sign. Our meeting was productive, efficient and pleasant, Curtis explained each document before asking us to sign and answered every question we had. Easy 5-stars. We used Curtis on several occasions. He is excellent at what he does. He helped us with all legal paperwork and closing procedures to sell our apartment in downtown Vancouver. When we did a for-sale-by-owner purchase of a house in New Westminster he guided us through all the steps without ever using a real estate agent. We were a bit nervous doing for-sale-by-owner purchase but Curtis helped make the whole thing go smoothly. We sold that house and Curtis helped us with the sell. Just recently Curtis helped us again with another home purchase in Surrey. All our experiences with Curtis have been excellent! He is very friendly, thorough and exact. Go elsewhere for your real estate business. Use a law firm, not a notary. Only basic paperwork done. No checks or detailed work to ensure your interests. Was referred but never again. I was surprised my mortgage broker even referred him when we had a law firm previously. He .at do good work on other stuff but conveyance isn't one of them.
