Warren Liu was great. I required a notarization completed immediately and although I came in without an appointment as they were about to close, he still helped me out which was nice. He was professional throughout and the rate is very reasonable. The ladies in the office, especially Cindy, were very helpful and kind as well. I highly recommend! (Make an appointment beforehand though, don't be like me!)

We purchased a condo in Richmond and our friends recommend Warren Liu as the notary for the transfer. Warren was very professional and efficient. We just provide him the realtor’s info and his office gathered all the other documents right away. We have to work on weekdays so he accommodate our schedule and met with us on Saturday instead. It was our first time purchasing a property so I had a lot of questions. He was very patient and went through the contract with me in detail. I have worked with Warren Liu for 2 different situations this past year. In both cases he acted professionally. I do not live in Vancouver and for both times, my flights were delayed. He was able to fit me in at a later time, even working during his scheduled holiday time. Also the second situation was not as straightforward. Warren was patient with us even though we had a change of mind after his deadline. I like his "can do" attitude as often I would encounter barriers and refusals. He endeavours to make things work. I would recommend him highly for your notary needs.
