Doesnt have proper mannerism and kindness when talking to people . Highly disgraceful and dont recommend at all... Even though I went there based on the conversation on price negotiations over phone the previous day , the way he spoke was not the way I would treat a customer who comes to your door step. And no Appointment rule was ever told and was asked to be there before 6 PM.. walk in !!!!

I went here today to get a simple document notarized. Mr Kapur Rajeev's receptionist took it to him. He looked at it and told her no. She came out his office and told me they were too busy. The office was empty. I asked if I could come back later and she said no. I spoke to the notary and asked him if I could return on another day and he said that they were too busy. I don't mind that he didn't want to notarize my document, it's his prerogative, I just don't like being lied to and told they that he was too busy, It's a two minute job. So one star for being dishonest, in a position where integrity is essential.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Rajeev today. He is very professional, knowledgeable and transparent. His receptionist was equally pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. I found out I had made a spelling error on the name in one of the documents and had to go back to get the document notarized again. To my surprise, they corrected it for free even though the mistake was of my own doing. I compared prices with other notaries and found his rates to be amongst the most reasonable. Couple his reasonable rates and pleasant demeanor and its a no brainer why I would recommend Rajeev without any reservations. I seldom write reviews but the experience today was just exceptional. Thank you Rajeev.

Arrived 1.25 hours before posted closing time with simple (but important and time sensitive!) document to be notarized. Man in the office took a two second look at the document (2 pages) and handed it back to me saying he was in the middle of something and said I should go up the street. Went up the office up the street which was already closed. On my way back(5 minutes later) I saw same man outside of office locking the door to leave. If you own your own business you are free to operate it how you wish and close early if that is your choice, but it is very poor business practice, as is lying to a potential client about why you won't help them.
