This is a "one time business" model office where the staff is unpleasant and unfriendly. You have a feeling that you are a nuisance to them. Avoid them at all cost. I bet there are notaries that are customer oriented and pleasant to deal with.

I just called this guy to get a POA notarized and the first thing he said was "I will not notarize it Ma'am" with no explanation. Not helpful at all - did not offer another way to help with what I needed. He really needs to learn how to talk to potential clients when they need help. Perhaps offer some guidance in how to move forward!

This was the worst experience that I have never been through. The worst service in the world. They are so rude and they increase the service fees over $200 in the last minute. Just make some phone a phone call and print some papers. Are they value for $200? I thought they had some misunderstandings about the time value. Is that so easy to make money which was their mistake that missed emails? They did not admit at all. However, we had the email sent proof and record! they were yelling at me, and even threaten to undo my business in the last minute. I totally do not understand. I am not that professional. I trust them, so I use them. However, they disappointed me successfully. Therefore, I recommend against using them any more!0 star!!!!

I visited this business today to get some papers certified. I don't know who I saw because he did not bother to introduce himself. He was condescending and had lots of attitude. Now that I have read some of the other comments, I understand and agree. There is no need to behave that way. There are lots of other places that will deal with their customers respectfully, so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Therefore I will not be recommending this place. The one star is for the lovely receptionist.

The worst service that I have never seen before. They missed my important email that my broker sent to them. Even though I had a proof to prove, they refused to admit their omittance. The guy even yelled at me and did not want to continue to serve me in the last minute!!! They even wanted to charge me an extra to pay for their faults. Unbelievable!!! And told me they were from Europe! So What? Racial discrimination? It was what a professional did!!

Can’t say enough good things about Morgan Crossing Notary. They saved my bacon on my real estate purchase working all weekend and late nights, calling people on my behalf. They closed my deal with half a days notice! They took 100% of the stress of timing my financing away, kept me informed and I would never go anywhere else. I’m actually quite surprised by some of the negative reviews because this company has treated me like family. Even putting me above their own families by working on their time off staying open late to complete my deal!
