It was a pleasure using Mehta and Associates Notary services. After a friend of mine recommended them, I called them to book an appointment and the very same day they helped me with my documents. Devika took my ID and she notorized my documents. There was no delay and complication and their charges are very reasonable too. I am pleased with their Notary services and would use their services again when buying or selling real estate.

My Realtor has this Notary on a list she used. I chose it due to proximity to my bank branch and home. I was much impressed by the fact that while my Bank lagged in promptness regarding preparing and collecting my mortgage details for a purchase of property, Devika's office was very quick in processing the paperwork for the purchase. They were able to make up for the inefficiency of my Branch in regards to the timeline deadlines. Upon arriving at their office, Sanjay assisted me with concise and clear explanations and professionalism. I came here six years ago and was treated rudely and unprofessionally. I walked in, explained what I needed to have notarized and was told that I would be seen next since Mrs. Mehta had no appointments scheduled. Five minutes after me a woman walked in and was seen before me, when I asked why I was told the exact opposite of what they said just a few minutes earlier that the lady had an appointment. I walked out and went to see a different public notary few blocks away. Since that time I have spent around $3,000 on public notaries. Needless to say Mrs. Mehta did not get any of it. Kids remember: the person that needs $50 notary public job today might spent a lot more dow the road. In any case Mrs. Mehta was highly UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL (lying about her availability when she knew she was not free but had a scheduled appointment). AVOID!

Our latest real estate purchase and sale unexpectedly turned very complex at the 11th hour. She is very organized and quickly and accurately completed everything we needed. Her rates were also very reasonable. I haven't had to deal with Devika for quite some time, but recently needed an affidavit signed. She was quick to respond and saw me the same morning I called. It was also very kind of her not to charge me for a very simple document. I have all the confidence in Devika and will keep returning to her for any of our notary needs. Highly recommended.

Reply to the owner's reply: The owner is claiming that they have no records of ever dealing with me (from owner's reply, hopefully they don't delete/edit it). They either don't keep records properly or they are lying. I ATTACHED the document below with Devika Mehta's signature and stamp and the date on it, that document that I got from them. Lying and excuses are bad. Original review: I feel like reviews in here were written by the owner's friends and relatives. She scammed me once. I needed a document and I don't remember the exact price but she said I would need to pay around 20$ for it and I agreed. Then when the document was ready and when I was about to pay around 20$ for it as agreed I casually told her that I have to submit this document today otherwise I am not going to get a certain big scholarship for my school. She then suddenly charged me 90$, explaining that because my document that they prepared was so crucial and I have no other choice but to have this document I have to pay a "premium" for it. Being a student on a scholarship this was a big amount for me. I felt sad.
