Cassandra was so helpful when I was purchasing my brand new home,. I couldn't find a notary to do my paperwork and she was willing to take me on short notice even if she was already fully booked . She was very patient dealing with my contractors lawyers as they kept changing completion dates and not responding to her messages. But she was very diligent and persevered and kept me well informed of any issues and managed to get the work done so I was able to take possession and move into my new home. She worked closely with my realtor and my mortgage broker who both highly recommended her so that everything was done correctly and I wouldn't have any issues in the future. I'm so happy I took their advice and used Cassandra as my notary.

My family was in a tragic situation. My husband's mom passed away unexpectantly at 60 and we were left to take care of her 89 year old father who was in hospital. We needed a lot - A LOT of help to get a handle on his finances, health agreements, real estate, etc. Cassandra was AMAZING! She was professional and demonstrated great empathy. She was sensitive and really flexible to meet with us, even later at night at her office after we left the hospital. We had called the other notaries in Maple Ridge and she by far had the best prices. I'm not sure what that other review was all about but clearly he has her confused with another notary. I can tell you first hand that she was the most affordable. Oh, and she has a pet friendly office which really helped lighten the mood for us. I highly recommend her services.

They quoted $200 for single power of attorney, which is outrageous. I paid $120 for POA just recently at another notary public. Asking $200 for putting a seal on two paragraphs of text, seriously? Update: there is absolutely no need in three in-person visits given Covid-19 pandemic. All draft documents are prepared online via e-mail exchange and only one brief visit needed just to verify IDs and finalize POA. Again, this absolutely standard POA can be done almost twice cheaper at other notaries.
