My wife and have two complaints. One was the lack of care from the long delay in contacting us to sign the refinancing papers. My bank had to follow up for us and noted that the email was read, but Zahra did not respond or action it. My mortgage broker from my bank confirmed the email was received by Zahra. It would have taken more than two months if my bank did not follow up again. We were finally able to get an appointment but had to juggle my schedule. It was definitely not a good experience. Our second complaint was the fee quoted and amount withdrawn from our account. We were quoted $500, but noticed out account was debited $1,600.62. My wife confirmed the quoted amount was $500 and our mortgage broker confirmed that was an excessive amount to charge for a refinance. It took less than 10 minutes to sign the papers and it was a straight forward process with no issues. Always ask for a quote for the fee in writing. I emailed for a receipt twice and my mortgage broker also asked for one, but we are yet to receive a receipt from Zahra. I also do not have any documents from Zahra. Not sure if we get a copy. If yes, we haven't heard anything back from her. I definitely would not recommend using her to anyone. No option for zero stars.

How does any business get a flawless 5 star review streak? Buying fake reviews are definitely not the way to go. I have recently obtained the service of Zahra from Boundary Notaries and I feel very passionate to spread good words about her. Our case looked straight forward, but something didn't feel right towards the end of it. I raised my concern to Zahra as she listened patiently to my concerns, then explained options to us. During the last day of the case, things really went South. My partner and I were really panicking when Zahra stepped up with a really well planned solution which really tipped the scale in our favor. I'd like to take some credit to raise my concern to Zahra during our visit to give her time to come up with the clever solution, but regardless, she really went above and beyond to help us ease the transition. We would definitely retain Zahra's service again, and I encourage anyone who is inexperienced in legal stuff (like me) to start with Zahra.

Purchasing your first home is a big milestone for anyone, but it can also be the biggest stress you've ever been through. Having gone through this experience recently, the importance of having a good team of professionals working with you is now clearly evident to me. That is why having Zahra help with the paperwork and other things was so important. She was easy to deal with and helpful throughout the entire process, and my particular purchase was not as easy as I would have liked. My husband and I were so pleased to have found & dealt with Ozge. We live in the Fraser Valley and were needing a notary as my FIL lives in North Burnaby and did not want to be driving far; but not knowing where to go, we enlisted the help of Google which lead us thankfully, to Boundary Notary! It was close by, we did not need to worry about parking, and when we called we received the most helpful and knowledgeable replies back from Ozge. We provided the required information by phone and email, and only had to go in when what we were needing was complete, saving us time, and gas. The day we went went, our appointment was on time - no waiting, the office was bright and clean and most of all Ozge was polite, and quick in serving us. We were out of there in no time, and we must say the cost was very reasonable. My FIL was happy it went quick and without issues, and being a senior it didn't hit him to hard in the pocket book. My husband and I said, if we ever need to use a Notary again, we would use her and we would recommend them to anyone needing a Notary.
