I've dealt with Rocco on two different occasions, once 5 years ago for the closing of my first apartment and recently for a mortgage. He was very kind and professional each time. He always ensures that I understand each document before he proceeds. He seems very knowledgeable as he's able to explain things in layman's terms if needed. I like that you don't feel rushed at all when going over important documents. He responds very quickly to my emails and gives me updates right away. Also I am currently pregnant and there is also a pandemic happening, he made sure that I felt safe and comfortable in his office. I would definitely recommend his services!

So my experiences before I met Rocco, was that you get what you pay for, you save hundreds/thousands of dollars from the larger law firms but you get the small one man shop who has piles and piles of paperwork on his desk, eating his lunch next to his leftover breakfast. And somehow you hope your file is not in those tall stacks of files someone can hide behind on the desk. I was blown away the first time I walked into his office, it was spotless, super clean, just like a professional law firm. His personality, attitude was amazing. He should have his own radio show hosting a romantic 80's love hour. It has a remarkable calming effect, especially for couples and their finances. Rocco, is professional, effective, efficient and understanding. He's the notary you want to see and HEAR.
