Not impressed, without warning of additional expenses, I was sent a bill for $2,400 which was for a home purchase and feel horribly ripped off. I am a mortgage broker myself and have never heard of a transaction even close to this price tag. When confronted, there were false statements about his time spent, trips to the clients home that never happened, etc. From what is looks like, he hired a lawyer to do the work that he couldn't figure out, and then billed me twice. My client was also extremely unimpressed and requested I never use him again. Sorry AJ, you are a nice guy but seriously ripped me off.

He is very knowledgeable and explains things clearly. I will be using A.J. in the future for any other documents or transactions.
