Worst experience ever. Rosemarie is a disgusting person to deal with. Acting like she's better then you. Donna wasn't as bad. But no one knew how to return phone calls or emails. I had a problem with a dirty house and no one responded to me about the problem. Yet it was in my contract. From what I remember when my parents bought and sold houses. The lawyer is supposed to help you with that stuff. Well don't count on this place for any communication or help.

Not great service. In terms of reaching out to the office, you can never get a response. My husband and I have both emailed and called, and not gotten a reply back. We were disappointed and frustrated, and when we eventually got in contact were treated rudely. If you are this busy, you need to take on a smaller client basis and truly invest in good customer service.

I recently went to see Cristina to arrange a POA for my father. I randomly selected her name from the numerous lawyers in Brantford and was pleasantly surprised. Her office is an eclectic mix of antique, bold modernism and treasures from her travels. Cristina was equally unique, fashionable and totally engaging; the appointment was more like a visit with a good friend than an appointment with a lawyer. I would definitely use Cristina's services in the future.

We are current clients of Cristina's and beyond unhappy with the lack of communication, service and personality. Her assistant, Donna, has a tone of impatience when you do speak with her and provides little help to any questions you may have. Our transaction has gone bad due to the buyers backing out and I've had to call repeatedly until I'm in tears before Cristina responds. Even then, it's the bare minimum and again she disappears for days until I again get upset. She hasn't helped us navigate the financial mess that now faces us, and when we called our finance company, they were astounded that she had not called to advise them of the deal going bad. We've had to sort things out on our own and are STILL trying to get her to do HER JOB! DO NOT risk using her when there are many other lawyers to pick from. AND if you have any sensitivity to cigarette smoke, be prepared to be smacked by a blue fog and choke on cigarette smoke when you enter her office, as clearly they're not concerned with the law prohibiting smoking within the workplace. Sadly, I can't state my disappointment enough. If I could give negative stars, I would. Right now, we're demanding our file back so we can go elsewhere, and my email of three days ago has had no response at all. I think that says it all.

Her rates may be low and it is why we used her in the past. It went well then so we figured it would be okay again. It was and is continuing to be a horrible experience. The staff is very rude even to the other staff members. Christina will not call you back or respond to emails. We have an issue that will not be getting resolved because "people even leave pets" and "I'll get to it when I get to it" is the attitude from the staff. We will be pursuing small claims as it is our only option at this point.

Absolute horrific experience. My father, an 80 year old was the client who has been upset about the mishandling of his affairs for over 2 years now. He visited Christina at her office over 2 dozen times pleading her to fix the problem that she created but she kept telling him lies. He even pleaded with her to release the file to another lawyer who was competent. $39,000 later. We have filed a complaint against her with the Law Society of Upper Canada and are seeking to have her license to practise law suspended. DO NOT USE CHRISTINA DEFELICE LAW OFFICE OF YOU NEED ANY LEGAL HELP.
