Cassandra Bruni is NOT recommended in a family litigation case! She gave no notice and left me with my case in the middle of it and to find a new LAO Solicitor, due to changing firms. Working with Cassandra she REFUSED to fight for my rights (told me I didn't have any rights because I moved cities) and told me she will ONLY fight for weekly to have access to my child that is being with held from me by her father who pawns her off everywhere else.... Cassandra also refuses to listen to the side of her partys story and acknowledge the safety concerns with the other party. Unfortunately this lawyer shows shes in it just for the money and doesn't care about the out come of your case or your rights...

Adam was kind, professional, very quick to respond to emails, and kept me up-to-date throughout the process. David was also a pleasure to deal with when we met to sign the documents. My partner hired David Maltby and got Emily Van Looyen. She failed to hear or at the least LISTEN to my partner's issues and needs. She provided one of the most SHODDY Orders, neglecting to correct vague issues on a Court Order, thereby neglecting to protect her own client. This has put him in ghe position of having to pay out more than $100k in $$$ , costs, and legal fees. DO NOT use this firm. She never even bothered to notify my partner that he could appeal within 30-days of her shoddy work. His ex received MORE years in pension$$$ than entitled, and she refused to understand certain issues with regard to withheld access resulting in a fairly permanent estrangement between father and son. We HIRE legal professionals to protect us, not the other party.

Both Maltby and his staff never return calls. Never spoke up for me before the judge and had me agree to a child support which isn't even legal. I now have to do the support all over again because this man was very misleading. He is a coward in court. DO NOT use this lawyer for any family matter!!!

She was professional all the time, informed me of all my rights, answered any question no matter how ridiculous I thought it was, explained in details from all aspects of the case, and was very responsive to me and my matter. This has been the worst year of my life my mother passed and went to mr.maltby for service and advice .wow worst business ever ,no return phone calls and was told nothing but lies .this man did nothing for my mom and dads wishes to their Will . I was told things were filed for the probate .Waited months didn’t hear anything,so went to court house ,they found nothing .confronted mr. Maltby he showed no remorse nothing was done .very stressed and frustrated,I don’t know how someone could run a business like when the family mourning a loss.
