I had them do our taxes this year. Even with the COVID protocols it was so easy, dropped my paperwork off and did everything by phone and email. I even forgot to bring two tax receipts and they were able to add them right away no problem. I also had them take a look at my taxes I filed the year before (I used turbo tax). They were able to re file and get us over 1300 back. Pretty good,. I'll be coming back.
