Awesome! I talked to a couple others about doing a close from a distance on my home and they all said no. I called in and Lawrence made it easy to do a distanced close which allowed me to keep my original travel plans. He responded right away, never had any issues, was timely and liaised well with my lawyer elsewhere to get the house closed. He saved me alot of hassle. A big thank you to him.
