Worst experience I’ve had ever my first call with this guy Burgess. I am the Founder and CEO of a Canadian Corporation planning on setting up an office/manufacturing unit in Manitoba for my advanced AI driven sustainable company. I got a piece of land to set up a remote Self sustainable home office from a small community. I need a frickin lawyer to get the land transfer done instead what I get? Accusation that I may have committed some fraud because I for my land for $1. Yes dude Burgess, you may not know but apart from getting a land for that price I have also build an entire system to eliminate mid grade leeches of society like you who cannot help anyone but accuse a CEO of fraud because he is a genius who got land for $1? Here dude, ????????
