Mr Turner is very polite and amazingly accommodating. His hours are listed at 24 hours and he genuinely is willing to help 24/7. I had to get my birth certificate notarized urgently for an application and I called him and asked if he could make time to see me the next day and he set up at 9:30 am appointment with no issue and was very professional and kind with doing it for me. His rates are also very reasonable and if anything cheaper than average and the service is amazing, 10/10 experience I most definitely recommend!!
