Went there to get the affidavit done for name change. The team is awful, doesn't know the customer service, doesn't have manners, patience and very rude.Dont have correct payment method. Only take cash or debit, no proper machine to do transction. On top of that, they don't feel important that the client will be charged extra for paying through card and proper receipt/invoice .. And, if you question them they tell you "are you new to Canada". Come on what you are asking, just that you should tell us before. And further more, they start arguing and pass comment like , "are you coming from village" ," you should do right things so that you don't come to law office" Ghosh! Insane!!! JUst really bad and annoying experience... Not expected from LAW OFFICE... So unprofessional

RUDEST PERSON EVER. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I've dealt with a lot of lawyers and never had a negative experience. This woman was BY FAR the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. She showed up late for our appointment and barely spared us a glance as she walked in. We only needed to have a proof of identity notarized as my boyfriend lost his wallet and needed a replacement birth certificate. After doing everything and putting her seal on it, she proceeds to tell us that there will be an extra fee because it was more complicated than she thought? Complicated??? She put a stamp and a sticker on 1 sheet of paper! When I told her that she should have told us about the additional fee beforehand, she snatched the paper out of my boyfriend's hands and refused to give it back. Earlier in our 14 minute encounter when she was giving us a hard time about my boyfriend's lack of ID I asked her, "What are we supposed to do?" She proceeded to take calls about a house closing and was extremely rude to the person on the phone as well. After she snatched the paper from him she said that I threatened her by asking her that. Threatened?! If this woman thinks asking her a question is a threat then she doesn't know the definition and she shouldn't be practicing law. Period.
