Don't allow them to take your documents and photocopy it they will charge you and not tell you- I came in with my two photocopies of my degree ready and clearly legible and the gentleman that the front asks to see my original degree. I then presented him with my degree he says "hold on a second" comes back with multiple higher quality photocopies and I say thank you and agree to get his copy notarized. Then he has the audacity to tell me it's 5 dollars for a copy. I never asked for you to photo copy my document and he shows me a paper I've never seen saying photocopies are 5 dollars like I'm supposed to know that. I don't see why my 25 staples photocopy wasn't sufficient. That's sneaky swindling behavior. I agreed to pay simply because I had asked to keep the extra copies he had made before he told me he would be charging me. But after that move I would avoid this place except if I was desperate.

I went there to notarize some documents today everything else went smoothly but their parking lot was EXTREMELY dangerous due to ice and snow. There was at least 4-5 inches of ice on their parking lot and even the front entrance was not clean. They could get sued for this they should know better they’re in this business.

I went to the office to get real estate documents notarized for a property outside of the province. The lawyer said he could not notarize the documents because of the province-specific clauses, and doing so would require legal consult (fees >$500), when all that was required was witness to my signature. I was able to get these documents notarized without an issue from another lawyer. I respect that it is the lawyer's discretion to sign only if they are comfortable and familiar with the documentation, however there is no need to betlittle the client and 'mansplain' the purpose of law and order in society -- this is completely irrelevant, unnecessary, and unprofessional. The lawyer was incredibly rude and condescending. Even if someone were less educated or unfamiliar with legal jargon, which I am not, this is no way to speak to a client. I would not recommend.

Went to this place to get a document noterize, after they made me sign the documents then the lawyer said he can't sign it because he's not giving me legal advice, all I needed was for the document to be noterize and witness, they did not even read the document before they made me sign and then telling me he can't sign, now I have to find another lawyer that would hopefully sign the documents with my signatures already there, hopefully it can be fix, otherwise I will cost me more to have this document done again, Which came from overseas. This is incompetence at its highest level, for someone who claims to have a law degree.

Why does government allow such a loose tongue and nasty people to become Notary public. The guy at the front and the person in cabin are absolute ********. They dont know and will never know the customer service. Never ever go there of you want to get humiliated or felt upward down with their senseless conversations. Stay far from these guys. They say its cheap service yes exactly they do offer service with cheap mentality and attitude.

I went to have a document notarized and I found the service was excellent. I called in the morning to get the details and when I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist. She was very professional and showed great customer service skills. My document was notarized and I was out in about 15 to 20 minutes. At first, I was hesitant to use this service because of the negative comments. However, I also read the responses and found the responses to be very professional and they addressed the complaints in full. Thank you again, signed a very happy and satisfied customer.
