Absolutely horrible lawyer to deal with. I visited his office to request for a notary. He identified an error on the legal document and confirmed I could use white-out. However, when I visited ServiceOntario to process my request, the legal document was not accepted. I also discovered other errors on the document which he did not identify to me. I was not satisfied with his lack of professionalism.

Worst experience EVER! STAY AWAY!! He was working on a home closing with us. We asked him questions on the contract from builder and he had absolutely no idea about any of the fee break down in the contract. Then he did not complete any of our mortgage documents on time to send to mortgage company. As a result, we could not close on time and had to pay high late fees to the builder. He then raised our agreed upon legal fees because he had to file for an extension from builder for closing ....Which happened because of his laziness. We could not disagree to pay extra fees because he fraudulently added them to our mortgage trust account. Then when we told him he cost us the extra builder fees because of his carelessness, he told us he'll drop us as clients when we were right near our closing and were unable to change lawyers. When we were in his office, another person came in angrily who also had his closing delayed because of him. That person also had to pay the extra closing fees out of his pocket. HORRIBLE LAWYER AND PERSON! NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANY LEGAL MATTER. don't believe me, try asking him about anything in a home purchase contract. DOUBT HE'S A REAL LAWYER. I WILL DEFINITELY TAKE MY CONCERN TO THE LAW SOCIETY! STAY AWAY FROM HIM!

Go to this guy if you want a great price. Don't go to this guy if you want courteous and professional service. I found him extremely unprofessional and was very slow to respond. Furthermore, I would be concerned with your personal information and potential identity theft. When he provided me my legal papers, he accidently included details of another one of his clients and then brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal.
