I called in to check if they can notary attest 2 pieces of my identification as i was just outside their office. The lady was very rude and said "Don't you know that you have to book an appointment first and the lawyers are not free all the time" instead of saying that no lawyer is available at the moment. Hire some professionals who knows how to speak to a customer.
