Their online service do not show stat decl pricing but they do offer it, it has to be booked over the phone. The young girl administering scheduling is very friendly and accommodating. Pricing is great too. Wish they had walk-in.

Before arriving, we placed 3M “sign here” flags on the document indicating clearly spots to sign. The notary proceeded to sign half of his name on the document and the other half on those flags (on multiple pages!). That says something about the quality of the service. Be sure to check his work before you leave! We went on a Saturday and the appointment system didn’t seem to mean anything, so budget a bit more time.

Very quick and efficient service. I called on a Saturday at 11:30 and was able to get an appointment same day at 1:55pm. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Highly recommend!! Just make sure to come with cash (transactions are cash only) and make copies of all your documents beforehand.

This is great place when you need to notarize your copies !! You need to read carefully all instructions on their website which done in very nice and simple way , very well organized and easy to find the info you are looking for. Important part is to prepare and organize all documents and their copies for notarizing, so when you you line is coming , you don't need to go through any mess and just give sets of original doc and copy or a few copies you want to notarize , and then it will take shorter time to check both and notarize them. I nicely prepared 4 sets of different document usually with two notarized copies , and everything was done well and in timely manner. I did one affidavit of single status as well . Better to get to the place maybe 10 or 15 min earlier and they have probably 6 seats in waiting area. Office is small but is not crowded because of system with appointments which was very easy to book appointment, and after that I received full instruction how to get there and how to be better prepared with docs... I really like the option of free Wi-Fi there, so if you have limited internet but need to check something or kill the time when waiting, you can use it and the info for connection is on the wall. I had very good experience , and I found that location is quit convenient if you use public transportation, and you definitely can't go wrong if you considering prices of such service. I definitely will use their service in the future if I need it again any notarized copies again.

Jeff Brown is considerate, honest, and very thorough. He made the experience very enjoyable! His online booking system is totally amazing. It provide you all the information which you need to get things notarized, directions to his office, parking information, and more! Furthermore his system even sends out reminder text message of your appointment. Each meeting with him takes on average 3 to 4 minutes.

The documents I had notarised were unfortunately not signed correctly, and were deemed unacceptable. I did have to go elsewhere, which in the end cost the same amount but I have now paid twice. No staff available to answer phone or email, the only way I could get back in contact was through making another online appointment. I think there are other services in Toronto, that take the time to carefully review documents and all information provided, that charge similar fees. Appointments here are made every 5 minutes, and it seems that customers are just churned through, with little care for the client and time taken to review all information and documents. I think this is a perfectly acceptable service if you're looking for a quick signature, but if you have a few items that need signing, I don't think time is carved out appropriately. Disappointed in my experience.

It seems that Jeffery is One Man Army running the entire show..and he is doing it amazingly well. Prices for notarizing documents is cheapest, online booking system for appointment is convenient, and he completes the task fast. Basically you could be in and out of his office in few minutes. Pain point is parking but still not too bad.
