Please note they are not open on Wednesday. I came there twice, before and after covid. Both time got my issue done within an hour. The second time I was there right after noon time. There was a line up but a gentleman came out to help pre-screen all the documents. Which was very helpful as I saw people found out missing documents. I thought it would take longer then a hour but came out still done within an hour. Pretty impressed as an government office. Both young clerks at front desk were polite and helpful.

So I went to get certain documents notarized after getting them stamped, sealed and signed by my family lawyer. The gentleman quickly, politely and smoothly completed the service. On the contrary, the reason why I didn't give this place a higher score is because of the lady beside him. Didn't catch her name. She said that she couldn't read the seal and told me to go back to my lawyer and get it resealed. I mean I come from far and am a working person. I wonder why they employ people in a place that has to deal with a lot of documents, with terrible eyesight. Get their eyesight checked first.

Come here for document authentication. Only 2 persons were ahead of me and I finish everything in 10 minutes. You have to fill up one paper with your name and address and in 5 minutes you are done. One document authentication cost $16 and there is free customer parking next to entrance door. Wonderful experience with this government office and they deserve 5+ stars.

Kind, quick, and efficient. Everything you would hope for when visiting a government service. I went to get one document authenticated and it was done in a matter of 5 minutes. Initially I didn't have the document notarized, but instead of being rude and dismissing me the clerk was kind and offered me many business cards of notary services in the area. A true model.

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, super fast service and very systematic. The staff on the counter were very helpfull too. Visitor parking is available on the premises too and is valid for 30 minutes. You will have to pay if you park beyond the 30 minute limit.

ODS is at the north side of the building. The entrance is at the north side. Also there is a Visitor parking just outside the entrance.
