*EDIT* After receiving an email from the founder, my issues below were resolved immediately. I received my signed document and all is well. As promised a more positive review. *End Edit* Everything seemed great at first. It was easy, fast and convenient. But once I left the chat I have still been sitting and waiting for the finished document... they were quick to send me the bill and receipt but not the document that the bill and receipt should have been attached to. No one has been able to provide me with proper answers. I would take your business elsewhere. Don't know how there are so many positive reviews? I will gladly change this review once my situation has been dealt with.

Had a lot of questions and the webchat was very helpful. I had to cancel and reschedule and did not know the cancellation policy. I was told that they would refund it to me. The notary process was extremely simple and took less than 10 min. I wish I knew that so that I didn’t spend so much time trying to organize things as I had 2 signers in different countries.

Got the notarization (requested Richmond Hill, Ontario notary) done while the notary sitting in Vancouver. Though document looked okey, ServiceOntario was not happy that it showed Vancouver and I had to re-do the notary with them. Complete waste of money. I don’t think all system is ready to adapt virtual notary yet. Update: I was contacted by the owner and refunded due to ServiceOntario not accepting the document. Irrespective of my experience, as a business caring and listening to customer is done right by this business. I will use them again in future for notary service!

The notary we choose, Michael Morgenthau, was so helpful as we were travelling and had to reschedule our appointment twice over three days as we changed time zones, etc. Then when the notarized system was not iPad nor iPhone friendly, we logged onto a friends HP and still had video issues, Michael assured us he was not going to leave us hanging and worked with us on both the HP and our Apple mobiles simultaneously to get the virtual process completed. Whether Notarized or Michael,working through the issues we had, we received the assistance we needed. Thank you Michael.
