In my line of work we often need to have government documents notarized and within the context of the pandemic and local lockdowns, I was concerned about disruptions in our ability to serve our clients. This on line service is excellent. With a little prep work in sending the document image + personal government official identification, picking an appointment time/date and prepaying - you are ready for the video based meeting. Even with a few stumbles as a first time user, the video session only lasted 7 minutes. I doubt I will be using an on site service ever again! Bravo!

Got a document notarized for CAD 20. I found the virtual meeting (Zoom video conference) and advance payment (via Paypal), secure and user friendly. The guy is professional and responsive as he answered all my queries over phone calls before scheduling the appointment. Had it not been Covid times, I would have spent CAD 50 (+ taxes + gas) at a local paralegal office for the same thing. You may even find such services available for less online, but be aware of online scams. As in my case, his website seemed legit as I was able to view his paralegal identity and experience. Safe and Secure !

Yesterday I need to notarize a document as soon as possible, and it was 6:00 pm so all the lawyer offices I know or around my house are closed, I can't even call for an appointment. Luckily I found Notaring. I was expecting difficulties before joining their zoom. However, their services are good, professional, and pleasant. In the end, my document is notarized before 8:00 pm, what a speed! If you are having documents that urgently need to be notarized, Notaring is really a website you should visit!

I could talk to a person most of the time I called, and very few times when it went to the answering machine, I got call back soon. The person answered all my questions/queries in a perfect, to the point, quick way. The notary made sure that we complete the procedure in correct way. They left no point to worry for us.
