(Translated) I am putting 3 stars probably because I dealt with them at the wrong time, that is to say during a pandemic. Their numbers were reduced and everyone was working remotely. I had an extremely difficult time speaking with someone from their offices as they were all telecommuting. I sent emails to the agent who handled my file so that he would call me back, but without return. I had to send them confidential documents by email, but no system in place to protect my data. I finally agree to send everything in a password protected zip archive, specifying them to call me so that I give them the password, but I receive a return email telling me that they are not able to access files ... this is normal because I did not give you the password and you did not call me as requested so that I give it to you. The whole thing was relatively stressful, knowing that I had a deadline and the lack of communication was the most unpleasant element in my transaction. Finally, once everything was in place to make my transaction, everything was great. The notary was very professional and very courteous. He took care to explain everything to us well and answered all of our questions. It was really the initial step that was unpleasant, but the rest, # 1. I really believe that it was the pandemic situation that gave this experience. Leurs effectifs étaient réduits et tout le monde était en travail à distance. J'ai eu extrêmement de difficulté à parler avec quelqu'un de leurs bureaux, car ils étaient tous en télétravail. J'envoyais des courriels à l'agent qui s'occupait de mon dossier afin qu'il me rappelle, mais sans retour. Je devais leur envoyer des documents confidentiels par courriel, mais aucun système en place pour protéger mes données. Je conviens finalement d'envoyer le tout dans une archive zip protégée par mot de passe, en leur spécifiant de m'appeler pour que je leur donne le mot de passe, mais je reçois un retour par courriel me disant qu'ils ne sont pas capable d'accéder aux fichiers ... c'est normal parce que je ne vous ai pas donné le mot de passe et vous ne m'avez pas appelé comme demandé pour que je vous le donne. Le tout a été relativement stressant, sachant que j'avais une date butoire à respecter et l'absence de communication a été l'élément le plus déplaisant dans ma transaction. Finalement, une fois que tout a été en place afin de faire ma transaction, tout a super bien été. Le notaire a été très professionnel et très courtois. Il a pris soin de bien tout nous expliquer et a répondu à toutes nos questions. C'est vraiment l'étape initiale qui a été désagréable, mais le reste, #1. Je crois vraiment que c'est la situation de pandémie qui a donné cette expérience.
