Would not recommend. Used this firm for the purchase of our house. Lawyers and staff are disrespectful. Staff made several mistakes with paperwork which resulted in a huge inconvenience to us and the lawyer yelling at us over the phone.

It is an accessible office and the service provided was as expected with service fee similar to that of other offices in the area. Unfortunately, I was told that my documents were mailed out when they called me after the closing (late March) and should received them in several weeks. I didn't find out until today (end of May) that they weren't mailed until 'few days ago'. I was able to find this out only because I called into enquire about it.

Was told these guys were the best, well if you are looking for people to take your money on an easy case and not care at all... They're perfect. Washed up lawyers that lie to your face, lose and leave you with a bill. Go to Toronto and get someone that's actually hungry to win. Don't waste your time and or your money.

Used them for buying our house. They really didn't ask any important questions up front (and we were first time home buyers so didn't know what to expect). And found they missed key information like home buyers credit etc. that would have cost us more money. Didn't feel like they had our best interests in line, just getting us to sign forms.
